We are SOLSOL s.r.o., the Czech leader in B2B sales of solar technologies, delivering goods throughout Europe. We offer all technologies of certified photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries and structures from world leading manufacturers. We have been on the market since 2012 and provide complete technologies for the implementation of modern photovoltaic power plants.

Transport and logistics

What are the shipping options and how long does delivery take?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the order volume, the shipping method chosen and the destination. The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the quantity ordered. If you shop through our e-shop, you will see the price directly in your shopping cart.

Is it possible to pick up the goods by my own transport?

Yes, the goods can be picked up in person at our high-capacity warehouses. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time and location.

How do you handle deliveries to construction sites or customer warehouses?

We offer flexible logistics solutions including direct deliveries to construction sites, to your warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. Please contact us for more information and individual arrangements.

Payments and financing

What are the payment options?

We offer a variety of payment methods, including card payment, bank transfer, purchase on invoice. Customers with a framework agreement can use deferred purchase. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer factoring or other forms of financing?

Yes, we provide design financing options through commercial banks for C&I projects. Please contact your sales representative for terms and conditions and further information.

Technical support and training

Do you provide technical advice on product selection?

Yes, we offer technical advice and support in selecting the right products for your projects. We are happy to discuss with you the appropriate technologies for your project. In addition, we will also train you technically on the technologies we supply.

Do you offer training for installation companies and partners?

How do I contact technical support?

Warranty claims and service

I am an end customer and I want to make a claim.

If you need to resolve a complaint, we recommend that you contact the installer who supplied you with the system directly. As a distributor, we work with our installation partners and resolve claims through them.

What should I do in case of a complaint?

How long is the warranty on each product?

The warranty period varies depending on the product type and manufacturer. Photovoltaic panels typically have a 25-year performance warranty, while inverters and batteries have a 5-10 year warranty. Do you provide warranty and post-warranty service?

What is the process for replacing or repairing defective goods?

Upon receipt of a complaint, we will assess its validity and propose a solution, which may include repair, replacement of the product or refund. The whole process is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Yes, once your registration is approved, you will be given access to our B2B portal where you will see prices, stock availability and all technical documents and manuals.

We organise training and workshops on a regular basis, and their focus is based on current trends and market needs. We inform about the dates on our website and through our newsletter.

Sustainability and legislation

What certifications and standards do your products meet?

Our products meet the legislative requirements of all countries where we sell them. They meet strict European standards and are TÜV, CE, IEC and other necessary certifications for safe and efficient use. The necessary safety documents are available for download on our B2B portal.
