Warranty claims for goods purchased from SOLSOL s.r.o. are governed by the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Warranty Claim Protocol.
1️⃣ Fill in the Warranty Claim Protocol — Verify the details for your warranty and the claim process.
2️⃣ Please follow the Complaints Procedure exactly - you will find details of the complaints process in the Complaints Procedure.
3️⃣ Send the claimed goods to our address (see below).
If the product is no longer under the SOLSOL warranty, but if it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we offer assistance with the claim. Use the following manufacturer's specific instructions:

Following these instructions can significantly speed up the entire process.
In the event of a service visit or an unauthorized warranty claim (see General Terms and Conditions), fees will be charged according to the current Service Price List.
