SOLSOL Payment Options

1. Payment with due date (according to framework agreements)

This payment method is only available for contractual partners with a framework agreement and pre-approved payment terms.

 Terms:

• Payment is by bank transfer based on the invoice issued.
• The invoice is due according to the contractual agreement.
• In case of late payment, contractual interest on late payment may be charged, all specified in the framework agreement.
• The possibility of payment on maturity is subject to an internal approval process.
• Please contact us to arrange this payment method.

2. Payment by advance invoice

Unless otherwise agreed, orders are paid in advance on the basis of an advance invoice.

 Payment procedure:

1. After confirming the order, we will issue an advance invoice with payment details, which will be sent to you by email.

2. Payment must be made by bank transfer with the variable symbol of the invoice.

⚠ Important:

• The invoice is payable within the time period indicated on the document.
• If payment is not credited on time, the order may be automatically cancelled.
• Payments are accepted in CZK or EUR.
• When paying in CZK, the daily CNB exchange rate + 0.5 CZK will be used.
• Payments in EUR must be sent to a EUR account, payments in CZK to a CZK account. If payment is made to the wrong account, the exchange rate difference will be invoiced.
• Failure to pay the deposit may result in postponement of the delivery date or withdrawal from the contract.

3. Online payment via GoPay

GoPay is a secure payment system that allows instant payments.

 Supported methods:

• Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• Instant bank transfers (available for selected banks)
• Google Pay / Apple Pa

Currencies available for payment:

• CZK - Czech Republic
• EUR - International payments within the EU

Current limit is 2000 EUR

 Important:

Payment is made immediately, which allows for faster order processing.

In case of an unsuccessful transaction, we recommend checking your account balance or trying another payment method.

4. PayPal (only in EUR)

PayPal is an internationally recognised payment system that enables fast and secure transactions.

✅ PayPal payment terms:

• We only accept payments in EUR, with a current limit of 1000 EUR.
• Payment can be made from PayPal account balance or linked credit card.
• Orders are processed immediately after confirmation of successful payment.

⚠ Important:

PayPal may charge currency conversion fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

For larger transactions, we reserve the right to require additional payment verification.

Additional terms and conditions

All prices are exclusive of VAT, the final price including VAT is shown in step 3 of the shopping cart.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address specified in the order.
