We recommend using the same procedure for SOLSOL warranty devices as it significantly speeds up the claim process.

➡️ If you still wish to send a device under SOLSOL's warranty for a claim directly to SOLSOL, you must provide all required documentation.
In such cases, the claim process will likely take longer than 30 days.

📌 Important Conditions for Claim Approval:
✅ Manufacturer’s RMA approval is required to validate the claim.
✅ The faulty device must be returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement product.
✅ Sungrow does not send products for repair, but supplies a new unit as a replacement for the faulty one.
✅ Sungrow provides compensation for replacing faulty devices.
✅ The compensation amount is specified in section 15 of the warranty terms.
✅ Compensation is based on region, device type, and its power rating.
