Service and warranty claims for AEG

This procedure applies to all AEG inverters and batteries that are under the manufacturer's warranty.

It is strongly recommended for devices under SOLSOL warranty, because it significantly speeds up the claim process.

💡 Important:

➡️ This procedure is mandatory for all devices outside the SOLSOL warranty that are still under the manufacturer's warranty.
➡️ If you want to send goods under the SOLSOL warranty for a warranty claim directly to SOLSOL, you must provide all of the required documents.
In such a case, it is highly likely that the entire claim process will take longer than 30 days and you will be contacted to provide the required documents.

4. Important note

⚠️ If the inverter is dismantled before contacting SOLSOL service support, it is necessary to complete all of the required information so that the warranty can be recognized by the manufacturer!
