This procedure applies to all Huawei devices that are under the manufacturer's warranty.
It is strongly recommended for devices under SOLSOL warranty, because it significantly speeds up the claim process.

➑️ This procedure is mandatory for all devices outside SOLSOL warranty that are still under the manufacturer's warranty.
➑️ If you still want to send goods under SOLSOL warranty for a claim directly to SOLSOL, you must provide all of the required documents.
In this case, it is highly likely that the entire claim process will take longer than 30 days and you will be asked by technical support to provide the documents required by the manufacturer.

4. Compensation for service costs

βœ… Huawei provides a compensation bonus of 110 EUR for the replacement of a defective device.
βœ… Compensation is paid to the installation company only if it is registered in the Huawei PV community.
βœ… For optimizers, compensation is 110 EUR for the first unit. Each additional optimizer is 25 EUR.
