Service and Claims Process for Tigo

This procedure applies to all Tigo devices that are under the manufacturer's warranty.
It is strongly recommended for devices under SOLSOL warranty, because it significantly speeds up the claim process.

💡 Important:

➡️ This procedure is mandatory for all devices outside the SOLSOL warranty that are still under the manufacturer's warranty.
➡️ If you still want to send goods under the SOLSOL warranty for a claim directly to SOLSOL, you must provide all of the required documents.
In this case, it is highly likely that the entire claim process will take longer than 30 days.

2. Diagnostics and measurements before claims

📷 Required photos:
  • Installation location
  • Product + label
• Cable connections
📌 Required measurements:
• String insulation
• AC and DC string voltage
• Battery measurement (if part of the system)
📌 Necessary documents for a complaint according to Tigo:
• Product serial number
• End user or customer e-mail address
• Copy of invoice and, if available, installation report
• Brief description of the defect or error code
• Summary of diagnostics performed by the customer or installation company

3. Submit claim documents

📩 Service requests must be submitted via the Tigo Help Center:

📌 Important conditions for claim recognition:
• RMA approval by the manufacturer is necessary for claim recognition.
• Defective equipment must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the replacement product.
• Tigo can provide a shipping label for the return of the defective product.
