We are introducing a fee for customer pickup using your own transport

From 14 April we are introducing a fee for picking up goods by own transport.

The amount of the fee is 250 CZK or 10 €.

Why we are introducing the fee

We are taking this step based on the current warehouse situation. Recently, the number of individual collections has increased significantly, which has started to have a major impact on shipping capacity and extended delivery times. Our goal is to stabilize operations and maintain smooth shipments for all customers.

From a warehouse perspective, custom shipments are significantly more demanding in terms of organisation and handling than standard shipments. They require individual coordination, loading assistance, increased handling and packaging requirements and block the dispatch area. We are therefore proceeding to charge for this service.

The chargeis not a source of additional income for us. The charge is still below the cost of preparing the order.However, it will help us to better manage warehouse operations and maintain dispatch reliability.

Our shipping is a more efficient option

At the same time, we want to make our customers more inclined to use our transport. It is more efficient in terms of planning, capacity and organisation of dispatch and allows us to better manage the entire delivery process. We believe that this will make our transport a more cost-effective option for the majority of customers than self-delivery.

Thank you for your understanding. We are introducing this measure with a clear objective: to speed up standard dispatches and maintain delivery reliability for all customers in the long term.
