Sigenergy Sigen PV 80M1-HYB is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated output power of 80 kW, designed for commercial and industrial PV installations with demanding backup power requirements. Its key advantage is seamless switchover to island mode with zero interruption on the load side (0 ms) and the ability to sustain short-term overload at 150% for 10 seconds, reliably handling motor inrush currents and other high-impact loads. The inverter features six MPPT trackers with a maximum input voltage of 1,100 V and a maximum PV input power of 160 kWp, achieving a maximum efficiency of 98.6% and a European efficiency of 98.3%. Battery storage is connected directly to the DC bus (DC coupling) via SigenStack BAT 12.0 modules and BC M2 cluster controllers, with a maximum charge and discharge power of 88 kW. The compact dimensions of 1,097 × 668 × 340 mm and a weight of 105 kg facilitate installation even in challenging conditions; the inverter can be daisy-chained with additional units via the Energy Gateway and scaled from a few kW up to MW range.
