Growatt MID 20KTL3-XH, 20 kW three-phase inverter with high efficiency, 4 MPPTs and IP66, ideal for commercial PV systems.


The MID 11-30KTL3-XH series is the latest small commercial and industrial inverter ready for batteries up to 30 kW, requiring low initial investment. The Growatt MID 20KTL3-XH delivers reliable output for commercial PV installations. Its four independent MPPTs allow flexible panel configuration and maximum energy harvest even under partial shading. Two battery interfaces enable easy future upgrade to an energy storage system without extra equipment cost. OLED display and online monitoring ensure easy operation control, while IP66 protection guards against dust and moisture.
