Growatt MID 20KTL3‑X, 20 kW three-phase inverter with high efficiency, 4 MPPTs and IP66, ideal for commercial PV systems.


The Growatt MID 20KTL3-X is a compact and reliable inverter for small commercial and industrial installations. It features four independent MPPTs, a wide input voltage range of 200–1100 V, and intelligent monitoring via OLED display and online app. With IP66 protection, it is dust and water-resistant, ensuring stable performance in challenging conditions. With low standby consumption <1 W and comprehensive safeguards, safety is ensured. Compact design (27 kg) allows for easy installation. 

Warranty can be extended up to 10 years.
