Growatt MID 25KTL3‑X1 is a 25 kW three-phase inverter with high efficiency, 4 MPPTs, wide input range, and smart monitoring.


The Growatt MID 25KTL3-X1 is a high-performance three-phase inverter with 25 kW power output and up to 98.8% efficiency. Equipped with three MPPTs, it supports a wide input voltage range from 200–1000 V. It includes Type II overvoltage protection on both AC and DC sides, with optional AFCI functionality for detecting and interrupting electric arcs. With IP66 protection, it's ideal for outdoor installations. Remote performance monitoring is available via OLED display and various communication interfaces.
